1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using pooltables.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders (including after order confirmation), and to limit quantities. Product images are representative; wood grain, finish, and cloth color may vary slightly from screen renderings.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is not accepted until payment clears and we send a written confirmation. We may verify payment, billing, and shipping information prior to shipment. Custom configurations (cloth, finish, accessories, installation) are considered special-order and are non-cancelable once production begins.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

Estimated ship times are estimates only, not guarantees. Freight, curbside delivery, room-of-choice, and professional installation each carry different terms; refer to our Shipping Policy. Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the installation room and a level, structurally sound floor.

5. Returns & Refunds

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom-built and made-to-order tables are non-returnable except for verified manufacturing defect covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

6. Warranties

All warranty coverage is provided by the original manufacturer (Brunswick, Imperial, Rasson, American Heritage, California House). pooltables.com makes no independent warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pooltables.com and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pooltables.com from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of any product.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including copy, imagery, logos, and product configurations, is owned by pooltables.com or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent. "Brunswick," "Imperial," and other brand marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Miami-Dade County, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
