Returns & Refunds
Custom & Made-to-Order Tables
Pool tables configured with a chosen cloth color, cloth type, finish, or accessory kit are non-returnable once production begins. This includes all Brunswick, Rasson, American Heritage, and California House tables.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel any order in writing within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the order has not yet been released to production, and are not accepted once the order enters production.
Damage in Transit
All shipments are freight-insured. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery; concealed damage must be reported to support@pooltables.com with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate repair, replacement parts, or replacement at no cost to you.
Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects are covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty. We assist customers with all warranty claims through Brunswick, Imperial, Rasson, American Heritage, and California House.
Accessories
Unused, unopened accessories in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of returned goods or claim approval.
