Shipping & Delivery
Lead Times
Standard configurations typically ship within 2–4 weeks. Custom finishes, cloth colors, and Rasson tournament models may require 4–8 weeks. All lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Freight & Curbside Delivery
Pool tables ship via freight carrier and are delivered curbside unless white-glove service is selected. Customer must be present, inspect the crate for visible damage, and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours.
White-Glove Installation
Professional installation is available for $899 (Brunswick, Imperial, California House, American Heritage) or $1,250 (Rasson). Installation includes:
- In-home assembly by a certified installer
- Leveling of 3-piece slate to tournament tolerance
- Cloth stretching and pocket installation
- Rail attachment and cushion tuning
- Removal of packing materials
Customer Site Requirements
- Level, structurally sound floor rated for the table's weight (600–1,000 lbs).
- Clear, obstacle-free path from the delivery entrance to the installation room.
- Minimum room clearance of 5 feet on all sides of the table for cue play.
- Stair charges may apply for installations beyond the second floor.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations require a custom freight quote.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon carrier acceptance. Damage claims are handled through the freight carrier per the terms noted on the delivery receipt.
